My friend and I stumbled (quite literally) upon this place when we realized that the Pita Market next door was not a place where scrumptious pitas are made to order, but in fact a market which happens to sell pita bread. So we decided why not, lets try this place! (the name of which we did not know until postpartum..from the Dragon Chef)
My friend ordered the Pork egg foo young with pork fried rice. The lady behind the counter told us this will be "gravy." And she was right, my friend's dish looked exactly like an Asian/Pilgrim fusion Thanksgiving fried rice. She claimed it tasted good! I did not choose to embark on that adventure.
I ordered the General Tso chicken, but was redirected by the lady to the "General Gau" chicken on the menu. I ordered it because apples to apples right?
To my pleasant surprise, the General Gau chicken was an almost perfect rendition of the General Tso. It might have been slightly spicier. The dish was just the right temperature (don't you hate lukewarm food?) and satisfied my famished stomach. The service was speedy too, probably because we were two of three customers.
Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place to those seeking authentic Chinese cuisine, but if you're one of those individuals who, like me are occasionally (too often) attacked by cravings for glistening fried chicken which you can never figure out how to recreate on your own, give Dragon Chef a try! -

Overpriced, nasty, and rude employees. On the door they say of you use a card you need to present an ID for fraud yet they never check. I got their sesame chicken. The sesame chicken was tossed in a red sauce that goes with the sweet and sour chicken fingers. It was gross and hardened into a sugary glaze that tasted like water. They had put it in a brown bag but hadn't closed it so it had spilt everywhere. It was $12 btw and the broccoli in it was legitimately brown. Worst Chinese in Rosi

I dropped into today to grab something to eat that was quick and fast . Anyways , I witnessed the Asian lady behind the counter telling the customer I am fast not like American workers who don't like to move . I said " not all Americans are that way. She then proceeded to say it again . I then said You're making a generating comment towards all Americans. That was a pretty ignorant comment and insulting since you are earning American money from the customer base . I will no longer but anything in here again . This American will go somewhere else !!!

Bad service the bitch at the counter needs a bit of customer service training or a new job. Got chicken there and food poisoning and ended up in the hospital. I called the restaurant and was told this wasnt true that chicken dont make people sick. Go figure maybe I'm missing something.
